This is the easiest dessert recipe EVER! I swear.

1 box angel food cake mix

1 can lemon pie filling

Mix dry mix and pie filling together in bowl. Pour into a greased 9X13″ pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until pick inserted into center of cake comes out clean. Let cool on rack. The cake will shrink a little as it cools-this is normal. Cut into bite-sized bars and serve. Refrigerate leftovers, if there are any!

Bonus for this recipe is that it’s virtually fat-free (there is almost no fat in either ingredients) and it’s a light sweet treat-think, lemony angel food cake!

Note: my angel food cake mix had two envelopes inside the box…use both envelopes-the entire contents of the box.
